The Pomeranian, also known as the Spitz comes in 18 colors and 9 markings and was officially recognized by the AKC in 1888. It is a popular companion dog and competitive show dog. Because of their outgoing temperaments, they can be very good family dogs with the right training. Spritely and intelligent, Pomeranians are easily trained and make for great family pets

Rocky Mountain Pomeranians is located at the National San Juan Forest, near the beautiful little town Dolores in Colorado. We raise our dogs on our little ranch and they live with us in our beautiful log home and enjoy 12 acres space of grass, trails, hills and fresh Colorado Country air. All our Pomeranians are DNA tested and AKC registered. We are USDA and state licensed and our Pomeranian Kennel is AKC inspected.
